ORDER, PRODUCTION & SHIPPING 

Order Policy

If your company is ready to place an order, and the discussion of the product customization and quantity is over, the client have to sign the Contract and PI on behalf of the client's company and send the signed copy via e-mail, as well as the advance payment mentioned in the contract between two parties.

As soon as the signed documents and the payment is received,

Rusana Team will start the production of your acupressure mats or pillows.


 

Production

Production process starts right away. The first step is to purchase the fabric that is to be used as the base of the mats or pillows. The fabric then to be dyed into the client's chosen colour, if required. Dying process takes one or two weeks, depending on the amount of the fabrics. As soon as the fabric of full amount is received at the factory, the folding and the cutting takes place. The next step is to sew the fabric into the preferable and chosen shape. The last step is to adjust the spikes made of plastic in perfect order on top of the readymade shapes of mat and pillow.

Packing & Shipping

After the production is over, each of the items is packed according to the client requirements. Each of the mats and pillows are usually packed into individual bags, or polybags. The items them packed in cartoon boxes by certain criteria, as colour, size, etc. When the packing is done, shipping markings are done, the goods are sent to the Port of the country, Chittagong, and delivered to the by sea. 

In particular tight time deadline, client may choose delivery by air.
